Methodology
The AI Ready Score is built on six structured data sources: O*NET 30.2 (U.S. Department of Labor), ESCO (European Commission), Lightcast Open Skills, the Anthropic Economic Index, the World Economic Forum Future of Jobs Report 2025, and U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics employment projections. We decompose every occupation into its constituent tasks, classify each task by AI exposure using a composite model, and aggregate the results into a single score weighted by task importance and frequency.

Is my data saved?
We retain your score for 12 months so you can return to it. You can request deletion at any time by emailing privacy@jobroute.ai. We never share individual scores with employers.
Is it really free?
Yes. The AI Ready Score is free for individuals, no credit card, no trial period. We sustain it through our enterprise and public sector offerings.
What if my role isn't in your database?
Our taxonomy covers 1,000+ occupations from the O*NET database, which includes nearly every job title in the U.S. economy. If your exact title isn't listed, try the closest equivalent.
How accurate is this?
The score is grounded in six peer-reviewed and government-maintained data sources. It measures structural exposure, not prediction. Think of it as a measurement of where you stand today, not a forecast.
Will my employer see my score?
No. Individual scores taken on ready.jobroute.ai are private to you. Enterprise customers who license the platform see aggregate workforce analytics, never individual scores taken outside their engagement.
Can I retake it if my role changes?
Yes. You can retake the assessment as many times as you like.
Do you sell my data?

Why do you ask for my email at the end?
So we can send you a copy of your results and notify you if your score changes significantly when we update our data sources. Email is optional.
