JobRoute.ai is deployed within your Azure tenant. Your workforce data remains in your environment at all times and is never transferred to our servers.

We use AES-256 encryption at rest and TLS 1.3 for data in transit.

All data processing complies with SOC 2 Type II standards, with annual third-party audits.

For customers in regulated industries, we support 21 CFR Part 11 compliance requirements including complete audit trails and electronic signature validation.

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.

We may share information with trusted service providers who assist us in operating our platform, conducting our business, or servicing you, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential.
